What a great service for all those house maintenance jobs that are just out of reach of my skills. I have used them twice in the past 2 months and couldn't be more pleased with their work. They are all those things that have become rare in the service sector: responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and they arrive on time! I think their rates are fair and there is no questioning the quality of their work. Keeping the house shipshape has gotten a whole lot easier thanks to them.

We were very pleased when Chris came today to take care of a fan issue in the kitchen above our Microwave where the fan had not been installed properly. We were breathing gas fumes and he was able to turn the fan around properly. He also discovered a birds nest in the center of the improper fan installing. Chris came to a rental I own and cleaned a dryer vent that was completely clogged. He had to go into the crawl space to do it, but had it done in a relatively short time. He also replaced a bathroom heat/light/vent unit with a new one. He was there on time, and was done in about 2 hours. He did a great job, and I would definitely use him again.
